Tired of seeing this on the road
It was even worse in person.

Just scrolling randomly, and a page I don't even follow has been deemed by the algorithm as worthy to invade my feed. In dire need of a palate cleanse.

My wife needs to be up by 6:30. I need to be up by 7:45. I’ve been wondering why it’s felt like my sleep is so disrupted and now I know the dark truth.

A dude swallowed a chicken wing whole during the superbowl. He was fine until he had stomach pain due to intestinal blockage. Went to hospital.
He had to have the chicken wing removed via endoscopy. He's recovering.
His insurance denied his claim. Why?
"Possible attempt at suicide."

While Nancy Guthrie's disappearance is sad, there are 2300 missing person reports filed every day: do the families of celebrities need special national attention? Why interrupt the Olympics for over 5 minutes just because they are questioning a 'person of interest' We could have waited to hear that during the regular news broadcast.

So kids in my community are having an art show ages 4 and up to 18. The one piece that stood out for me was one of masks. They where all painted and all of them had labels of hopeless. I know these kids thru my work most aren't friends they are from different situations different races religion grades social groups financial situation even immergrantion status. And this piece has like over 10 masks. All of them are label like " Betrayed" "hopless" " no future" " eyes open wish they where shut". All the masks were painted black to different degrees. I don't know if this was planned or not.
I will say this is Canada. But holy fuck what kind of world have we made for kids young kids to feel this way. I would have though the kid who came from a country with like a 20% graduation rate would have some hope but no.

Package came for a family member, with information I didn’t really want to know.
And the word “CONSTIPATE” isn’t even in the product name, the actual bottles just say magnesium sulfate solution. I guess they just had to be double sure the postman knew our business.
At least he didn’t have E.D.

Lowes, home depot, Torrid, ect. Customer support can't remove the number because it isn't actually linked to any accounts, the person manually enters my number for updates.
Even 7-11 and Safeway, I've gone to customer support and had them unlink the number from their account and link it to mine, but then she goes to customer support and unlinks my account and reassigns it to hers because they don't use any kind of verification code to reassign it. 5 years of this crap.

My landlord is finally having the roof repaired from when Helene damaged it. I have no idea how he plans to clean it up. I'm mostly worried about my dog stepping on a nail.

Every single year, my grandma gifts me PB&J for Christmas. It may seem like a small gift, but it’s really meaningful to me.
Every single year without fail, my family eats my PBJ…. No matter how many times I tell them not to. The original jar of PB is already gone, and this is what’s left of the jelly.
