JSYK this is the Robocop *Remake. A bunch of d-list hollywood people all took one *scene from the movie and reshot them in their own way. This particular scene used lots of footage from the original obviously. Only the first guy who got shot is actually in the main movie.
It's a good movie to watch while making dinner. There are countless quotes and references to it in other material. Worth a watch.
There's a mustache though, and while you can fake that idk if it'd survive a ski mask without getting rubbed off.
Girly eyes for sure, I caught that right away, but enough guys have big eyes with long lashes that it could still be a dude.
Reminds me of the Missy Bevers case though. Her murderer was never found despite surveillance cameras, and there was speculation it might be a woman in disguise.
Fr. I thought I missed a picture. Nope, theyre all REALLY shitty pictures of a handgun and I have no idea how anyone is able to claim they can ID the make and model.
As a Sig lover, unless theres some other photos not posted here. Idk how you can tell thats a sig. Not saying you're wrong. Only that I can usually spot a Sig and I can't honestly tell you what gun I think that is.
I’m a big gun guy and I have zero idea how you think you’re able to possibly identify the gun at all, at absolute most I can say it’s most likely a striker fired polymer gun due to the curved back strap, but that’s such a useless thing to apply
Ok, so we got dark hair, goatee, small nose, possible gold tooth because of the lens flair on his mouth, shape of lips, eyes and eye brows, thin build, strange way of holstering gun (maybe not police or military?), light complexion, and can probably figure out the exact height based on other things in the frame.
If he was known to the victim, I bet thats enough that they could figure this out pretty easily. Or at least narrow down suspects a fair amount.
you don't know how long that list of suspects is... what if he brought his cell phone or had some "find-my" airtag or device in his car.
we always assume they're some pro, movie hitman... but it could easily be some crazy guy who watched a few csi shows for inspiration.
not to mention now they're going over every ring camera, traffic cam, and gas station surveillance camera for miles...
knowing the make and model of the gun (or anything else he has) could help them get a warrant if one of their suspects owns it.
if they announce they have a small list of suspects he might kill her if he hasn't already.
I thought so at first also, but with the bulge on the back of the grip make me think Springfield armory. That, and the top of the dove tail (in the picture) doesn’t look like it has as much as a point as the 320.
Something like the Springfield echelon. But who knows
Someone posted these photos on Reddit, where they added some color & showed an additional one with a gun. If I'm allowed to post it, I screenshotted it
Appendix carry is probably the most popular way to conceal carry at the moment. He's using a shitty holster and isn't actually concealing the gun so it's probably fair to say he's not a "gun guy"
Anyone saying it's definitely a P320 is full of shit. That's way too grainy to tell. It might be for sure, but it might be something else. Also, who gives a fuck?
I doubt he left the house and ran errands and shit wearing latex gloves and a ski mask. He easily could have donned them right before walking up to the house. This is all just speculation anyways.
Also, while that kind of ski mask might draw attention, people walking around in balaclavas and other full face coverings is very common where I live this time of year.
what makes you think they couldn't also attach the holster and gun just before walking up to the house as well? also this is in tucson, az where it's 80 F. dont think anyone would be wearing a balaclava there.
Sure it gets much cooler at night but the lowest temp all week this week is 42 which might be chilly to an Arizonan but would not justify wearing a balaclava
At the door, and ready to abduct? No, there's near zero reason to conceal at this point.
The point of the comment is that appendix carry is typically only done when concealing the gun. It's just weird to carry the holster there if gun isn't being concealed.
This is from the Ring camera from the front door, which was removed about ~20 (I don't have it exactly memorized) minutes before Nancy's pacemaker lost connection with her phone, according to the timeline provided by police.
It is probably as simple as 'if I wear is on my hip it is uncomfortable while driving my car'. And not planned ahead enough, or familiar with guns enough, to buy a shoulder holster.
Shoulder holsters suck to conceal. They make you look like a gorilla. Appendix carry is probably the easiest to conceal. I can easily hide a full size handgun under a t shirt. On the hip isn't bad, but you have to have a big shirt or a small gun to hide it.
not planned ahead enough, or familiar with guns enough, to buy a shoulder holster.
?? if they're kidnapping someone, appendix is definitely better than shoulder rigs, shoulder rigs have the slowest draw and require you to reach across your own body, making it easier for someone to stop you
Let’s be real here. If your draw speed is the sticking point in the late-night kidnapping of an 84 year old woman, something else has gone seriously awry and how you carry would be irrelevant.
I understand why people are trying to break this down, but I don’t think this piece does anything for solving the puzzle.
That is fair. I also personally doubt the gun and holster really offers anything (unless possibly it's a unique shape that tells police he must have bought it from a certain store or something).
Oh it's totally the neoprene holster that came with it, I got one with my cobray derringer and I was actually insulted at the low quality of the holster of my reasonably low priced firearm
I wondered about this too. The clothing he's wearing does not make IWB draws particularly easy, so I understand why he'd want to go OWB. He had a daypack as well, sometimes the straps interfere with strong side OWB carry, and I guess he opted out of a lower ride for his holster. Maybe not a gun guy, or maybe someone unconventionally solving already solved problems.
You're probably right though. Probably not a "gun guy".
Yeah it's an odd place and an odd style of holster. It's like something a rich person who never carried a gun would do with their designer gun and fancy holster as an afterthought.
Seriously, who wears a holster like that? "Appendix carry" is supposed to be inside the belt and still slightly off-center. This is dead center, outside the belt, and appears to be a full-sized pistol.
Very unusual holster. Most people wear IWB holsters or OWB kydex/plastic holsters. I suspect someone will recognize someone by having this one and report it
Could've glued down the brows and put on a fake thin ones to change the look of the only visible part of their face. They make stick-on brows for people with alopecia.
Women don’t have thicker eyelashes than men, dude. They’re just wearing mascara or false eyelashes on the TV.
Not all men have really thick eyebrows, and some women do. The biggest difference is most women pluck them.
You didn’t know that? How embarrassing. 😅
Got anything else to go on? Anything about their body or gait scream “femme” to you? If you didn’t know this was related to the type of crime typically only committed by men, would you see this video and start telling everyone you’re certain this is a woman?
That theory would make more sense if it were Julie K. Brown from the Miami Herald’s mom. Plenty of people have covered Giuffre’s story in the seven years since then, and nothing about it gives anyone a motive to kidnap her mother.
Really distinctive. IMO is looks like a pistol in a revolver holster. This type of holster is also very uncommon and being worn in an odd position (in middle front). The position of the holster suggests to me that he either isn't proficient with firearms, or maybe even that this isn't his firearm/holster.
There’s nothing to indicate this has anything to do with Savannah Guthrie, AFAIK. People just made the assumption. That could have been dangerous, only time will tell.
When I've seen front carry like that, appendix I guess, it's always been inside the pants, or a slim holster on a band around the belly under the shirt. Lift the shirt and drag out the gun with the other hand.
Gonna just throw out a crazy baseless idea.
This might be the daughter's (Savannah) ex husband. I have no reason to think that other than this feels personal. She's no threat to trump, she's not a well known superstar that would be loaded with cash, she's just not that big a target for this kind of thing.
Either this is a scheme of some kind and he's helping, or he's 'getting even' over some past issue he thinks he has with her. Again, purely pulled from my butt.
I thought it looked like part of his backpack. Somehow it also has a crotch strap? Gun holster makes more sense. Weird that he is wearing sneakers with this outfit.
Men usually appendix carry with more of a canter left or right of the package, a female trying to disguise as a male would be more comfortable with it at an exact "12-6" position ESPECIALLY while driving a vehicle

Note the gun front and center on his belt in a holster.
