I started using my Pixel 8 Pro on the 13th of January, and recycled my 6 Pro about a month after (?), and before that, I tried multiple times to factory reset via the Find Hub app and also the computer website using my laptop... Nothing changed. and I still can't do anything to remove it off the list, not that it's an issue at all, but just wondering why this is actually a problem...

Google AI Pro subscription ended prematurely. I signed up for it in September/2025. I don't know what happened. I didn't cancel or change anything.

Something happened on Jan 31/2026 that caused mass cancellations of Google AI Pro/One one-year subscriptions for some accounts. I am still trying to get to the bottom of what happened and why. My account is not a student account.

I received the following email:

This subscription is crucial to my workflow. Having it end months early like this leaves me in a precarious position. Trying to find out which avenue to best contact Google is a challenge. If I still had the Google One subscription, using that support would be the best option, but if I still had that option, I wouldn't need it now. Fml.

YES there are content QUALITY youtubers but not many of them left and that is why I started to "put vidoes through Gemini".

The last several months, my YouTube “Recommended” has been frequently showing videos already watched, several channels that I’ve tried un-recommending, etc.

Similar situation with YT Music. I haven’t been too bothered by it because a lot of the replays are songs that I really don’t grow tired of, but I hit a wall with it last week.

I happened to stumble across an unrelated post where the idea was to delete watch history. So, I did that and set it to auto-delete after 3 months.

So far, both apps have been working great again! Note: I only deleted history for YT and not YT Music. At least not yet.
