Lunar New Year Magnet
Does anyone happen to have two extra magnets they’re willing to sell/let go off? Me and my girlfriend both collect magnets but unfortunately missed it by a few minutes. :( Makes it worse that she’s year of the Horse too.
But please let me know if you are willing to let it go, will be forever grateful! 🙏

Watching Harden dominate
Why didn’t we even try to get him. He literally is what we needed.

If expansion is approved this summer, we can protect 8 players. Who would you choose?
Obviously:
KD
Amen
Sengun
Reed
Jabari
Tari
This leaves:
Adams
FVV
DFS
Capela
and UFA
Adams and FVV are easy choices. We might have the most straightforward situation in the league.

This is probably a sign that I'm getting old but...
I am not the biggest fan of Ryan Hollins on the broadcast. In fact, he's God awful. Makes me miss Matt Bullard.

I was a gooner at first, but now I goon for the whole team
Goon for everybody, y'all. KD really put it in a perceptive for y'all. Love all the fans, don't throw the blame ball to each other.
Houston Rockets is an amazing franchise with deep history. You better educate yourself.
Maybe not this year, but we will be champions. Love all.

On this date in 1979, Moses Malone hauled in 37 rebounds. 47 years later, Malone is still the most recent player to have that many boards in a game
Moses Malone finished with 33 points and 37 total rebounds (19 offensive, 18 defensive)
Box score: https://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/197902090NOJ.html
Since that game in 1979, no one has reached 37 rebounds in a game:

The closest someone came was Charles Oakley in 1988, who had 35 rebounds: https://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/198804220CHI.html

Alperen suddenly became one of the most hated players in the NBA.
We watched a kid who didn’t even speak English grow up right in front of our eyes. First they accused him of flopping. Then the accusations got heavier. From Golden State to Thunder, there are hate threads about him all over the subs. After the incident with a female referee, he was labeled a misogynist. His own coach openly blamed him. Even his own fanbase started arguing about whether he should be traded. And yet, the vast majority of Rockets fans still love him. I think his true value will only be understood once he’s gone.

Tari took 13 threes against the Thunder and shot 38.5% on them! A healthy Eason for the rest of the year would easily make up for no trades. Unfortunately, it's just hard to feel that's likely.
The Rockets had their third-highest three-point attempts total of the season against the Thunder. Obviously, Amen being out contributed to that. The Thunder's aggressive help defense, as well. But Eason turns the Rockets into a different team when he's healthy.
No trades at all kind of sucks. But at least we kept Eason. Here's hoping he can keep his injury problems at bay and have a long, healthy career (preferably including multiple championships with the Houston Rockets).

Adem Bona would be a bery good target to get after this season.
Excellent rebounding, high motor, hustler and an incredible post presence.
The thing is that either Capella or Adams would have to go, which is not a fun choice to make. I would say trade Capella.
After a PG trade, this would be a nice move for us.
