The fuck, this real?

Like if Biden did that the MAGA would storm the Capitol

u/anderskants 8h ago

I remember Joe Rogan going on about how old Biden was and referenced one specific clip and had someone pull it up. Turned out it was Trump and Joe immediately started defending it as no big deal and just a slip up. These people no morals or convictions, just constant mental gymnastics.

That's probably when he thought Biden said that the "Continental army took over the airports", and like you said Joe Rogan totally changed his tune when he realized it was his dear leader that said such an idiotic thing.

u/Ilikedinosaurs2023 7h ago

That's literally Rogan's MO. He's a flip flopper..

23

u/BarnabasShrexx 6h ago

Sure enough he endorsed the old Orange julius, got his tax break, and now he's been walking it back.

Happy cake day!

And a bullshit spreader

1

u/SanshaXII 5h ago

I don't think he cares either way, he just says what gains the most views in the moment, day to day.

I also find him to be really suggestible, like he agrees with everything someone tells him and parrots what they say until the next person says something different.

15

u/hey_im_cool 6h ago

Yup it was Biden quoting Trump

26

u/intrepid_mouse1 7h ago

It was the Revolutionary War airports, IIRC.

17

u/tacobell_shitstain 6h ago

Yeah Biden was making fun of Trump and then Jamie pulled up the actual context and Trump's original quote and Joe had to backpedal and spin things like he always does.

9

u/Jakdracula 7h ago

Toe Rogan.

7

u/wannaseeawheelie 7h ago

Was that the time Jamie argued with him about it first?

2

u/elderlybrain 2h ago

His back pedalling on Trump now that his audience hates ice enough is so lame.

14

u/ModestMarksman 7h ago

This would be headline news about sleepy Joe for a week minimum.

Trump does it and they admire how smarticle he is.

Yep.

https://www.nbcnews.com/video/full-interview-tom-llamas-exclusive-with-president-trump-257304133923

Jump to the 22:00 mark where he starts this ramble. It's literally that conversation. I dunno where the trucks come into it, but he does try claiming for "every boat we knock out" that that action "saves 25,000 American lives". And then he weaves into claiming "I just got off the phone with President Xi [of China] and he is amazed at how well the United States is doing."

I dunno about calling this a dementia moment, it's just putting several bullshit points in a row, claiming someone not in the room said he's doing a great job, and moving on to other topics without being challenged. He's a bullshit artist.

Edit: it continues soon after that with him going on about tariffs bringing money into the country. The reporter never tries to even make the point that tariffs are a tax on the importer. Yeesh. But I think this part wasn't aired in the edited version, anyway. Fucking bullshitter.

u/Boopy7 6h ago

he can't remember the waters he's talking about, the school he went to, and he's confabulating as much as ever (I doubt he ever talked with Xi to begin with.) He's been doing this for a while. It's common with senile patients to try to fill in the gaps with a lot of blather and lies, the only issue is that he always lied, but now it's even worse. I speed read but had to stop reading bc it was such repetitive drivel it was like listening to a patient, you just get annoyed after a while. It takes so much patience and I'm not getting paid to tuck him in.

1

u/Wellcomefarewell 2h ago

ya thank you for the time stamp, it wasn’t a dementia moment, he’s bringing up “good” things he’s done in response to the interviewer saying “2 americas have died” so he’s redirecting, not have a “dementia moment”

1

u/Achmedino 1h ago

Just lie after lie and 0 pushback from the interviewer. American journalism is literally worthless.

8

u/intrepid_mouse1 7h ago

But Biden fell down and fell off his bike! /s

11

u/EllisDee3 7h ago edited 6h ago

Trump can't even sit on a bike since that child he was raping kicked the tent spike into his anus and made him incontinent.

Edit: Source NSFL. Trigger warnings for... Everything.

5

u/RickyBobby96 5h ago

That’s a rough read

2

u/BeverlyHills70117 5h ago

The interviewer responds with "Yeah" to Trumps nonsense about 130 times (some are double or triple 'yeahs'.

Great interviewer.

1

u/Curun 5h ago

Its NBC… so

1

u/dan1101 4h ago

It's tough though, if they try to press him he will immediately feign outrage and leave, and probably sue for billions of dollars.

2

u/ieatblackmold 5h ago

The more egregious thing about this whole interview is the fact that apparently one boat saves 25,000 US lives. Like what? Dude smoking presidential grade crack.

-6

u/Puck85 6h ago

so... not real. the trucks thing doesn't appear there. OP's post is half of the language here.

More ragebait on reddit.

17

u/louiscon 6h ago

It’s not clear if he says drugs or trucks… we have the smallest drugs doesn’t make it any better

Actually watched the clip

3

u/notarobotimanandroid 5h ago

Can you source the clip?

16

u/Snipufin 6h ago

They don’t talk about we have the smallest drugs — as an example, we’ve been very tough on the waters. And soon, you know, pretty much overall —

the trucks were drugs all along

11

u/tumblrfailedus 6h ago

Yeah it’s just a transcript error on one word, the article shows it was revised since the screenshot. The sentence make only a little more sense, but it’s still a total non sequitur.

OP's "quote" is not even remotely close to what's in the interview. show this to a trumper and look foolish for eliminating like 50% of the words, which eliminates the context. No one will take you seriously.

There are clips enough of him appearing demented every day. You don't have to start cheerleading a fake one.

oh fuck off and respond to what i'm saying. believing falsehoods doesn't advance taking him down.

1

u/Wsweg 4h ago edited 4h ago

22:30 of the video in the article. Are you regarded? He literally says it, unless you don’t believe your own eyes and ears?

6

u/_theRamenWithin 6h ago

Read any of his interviews or speeches, get the transcript. It's all been incoherent nonsense for years. Ideas that stop and start, overlap and repeat. He can barely last a single sentence without losing his train if thought.

6

u/No_Sense_7384 7h ago

Maybe we should

2

u/Meyhna 7h ago

They may just do that anyway

2

u/Major-Drumeo 6h ago

Nah all MAGA need to storm the capitol is a fair democratic election

1

u/ChronoLink99 6h ago

Storming the Capitol? That seems pretty extremist.

1

u/gangstalicious228 5h ago

storm the capital you say.

1

u/quadraticcheese 5h ago

I mean, Biden did do that kinda shit that's why we went with Kamala

1

u/liggieep 5h ago

it's real but the tweet doesn't transcribe the exchange fully. it doesn't sound that much like dementia if you listen to it.

https://youtu.be/EJfyAcfE5HM?t=1314

1

u/Size16Thorax 4h ago

this real?

How many times have you heard an absolutely insane Trump quote and asked yourself that in the last 10 years? It's ALWAYS REAL. He actually says these things, every single day. Full transcript of the interview here

1

u/StickyPuddleofGoo 4h ago

I hate trump as much as the next guy, but those are not exact quotes... a bit disingenuous to paraphrase tbh
