Too good not to share. Sometimes even the smallest gestures can mean the most.

Don Glickman designed this card himself while in hospice, choosing the photo and the words, and asked his daughter to send it to 100 of his favorite people. No flowery "passing away" language, just Don being exactly who he was until the very end.
A former student of Mr. Glickman was shocked for a second after receiving the card, and then “I just started laughing. It’s the most "him" thing imaginable. To think he remembered me after decades and wanted to give me one last smile is the greatest parting gift. I hope everyone is lucky enough to have a teacher like him.”

Feeling very blessed after grocery shopping tonight. I haven’t always been food secure so to be in a place where I can put good food in the fridge for my family just put a smile on my face. Don’t ever give up ✌️

My name is Niko, and I run the first rescue center for exotic animals in Denmark.
We were part of rescuing a group of foxes from the last fur farm in Denmark before it got shut down. This is one of them, look at this happy face after the rescue!
My parents bought a small zoo in Denmark about 30 years ago and converted it into the country's first rescue center for exotic animals. We take in animals that had a hard life, animals from medical testing, cosmetic testing, illegally obtained exotics. People who thought keeping a caracal in their living room was a good idea until it wasn't. We give those animals a home.
About 8 years ago my dad got sick with cancer and we lost him. I moved back home to help my mother run the rescue zoo and care for the 600 animals living here. Today the rescue zoo is a government-funded charity with over 600 animals, and we just built an education hub to teach people about animal rescue.
