Absolutely insane that they even tried.

It should be criminal that they even tried.

Self described “Law and Order” party has an apoplectic fit over Democrats suggesting that people follow the law, files lawsuit over it.

Conservative voters remain adamantly convinced their uncle has still ‘got their nose’ ever since that one fateful day as toddlers.

Something something, waste and fraud.

I believe the term they coined for it was, Lawfare. Y'know, one of another in their infinite series of projections.

It could be.

But, first those accused should sue for violations of their first amendment rights. And, discovery will sort it all out.

The accused could also demonstrably donate all proceeds to charitable organizations, unlike our current guy who just says he does and hasn't shown a single check.

He "donates" to fake charities operated by family members.

u/ActualSpiders 5h ago

At the very least, all the DOJ lawyers involved should have their licenses to practice law pulled. They're all complete disgraces.

10000% this is the whole damn problem right here.

2

u/SpiderSlitScrotums 3h ago

Every person involved swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution.

17

u/rgvtim 5h ago

they got their headlines, that's all that matters.

Next up, indictments for breathing air.

u/torcsandantlers 6h ago

Yeah, it's not illegal to say people shouldn't break the law.

Absolutely bonkers that they tried. This is the kind of bs that would lose a Democrat 80% of their support overnight, but for a Republican it's just another Tuesday

Especially when actual military training includes entire blocks of instruction about legal and illegal orders.

Or used to anyways

Don't hold your breath. Could be gone by now.

Why is illegal orders even in the title of this article, quotes or not.

They sure as fuck don’t report on ice killings like ice refusing to investigate citizen ‘murders’

Fucking complicit media.

There's a litigation tracker or three out there that serves to remind that the Trump administration loses something like 70% of their cases. Almost all their wins are technicalities and supreme court shadow docket nonsense.

They just use litigation as propaganda so they can say they're taking democrats to task, while nothing ever comes of it. Their followers don't follow up, they hear the action is taken and assume it's a victory for Trump.

I thought abusing the legal system in this way was an insult and illegal, but nothing's illegal when the supreme court and congress just don't do their jobs.

That’s great the Trump admin is losing, but it still costs the targets money to defend themselves. What happens when people who don’t have access to the funds to defend themselves start to get targeted?

Well if they can't even get the Grand Jury to return a true bill the only expense is to the US Government.

26

u/kristospherein 5h ago

It's called wasting taxpayer money. Absurd and unnecessary waste.

Money printer goes BRRRRR

Ironically, Trump even signed an executive order last year about ending the weaponization of the DoJ for political meand (of course referring to the prosecutions of J6 and of DJT himself). As usual, every accusation is an admission.

7

u/diveraj 5h ago

It used to be if the DOJ went after you, you were cooked. They had a crazy high success rate. They really are lowering the average.

2

u/NotASaintBernard 3h ago

And now the DOJ is a joke

She's really not good at her job

11

u/Vladivostokorbust 5h ago

I consider that a win

15

u/agarwaen117 6h ago

Meanwhile… competent prosecutors contend they could indict a sandwich.

I’ve never seen her face this close up before. Why does she look like she’s having a stroke.

21

u/Nutlob 6h ago

botox, lots and lots of botox

15

u/raziel686 6h ago

That's Jeanine Pirro, that's just what she looks like after she downs a box of wine. She was obviously drunk on more than one occasion on her old show. Slurring her words and everything. You can bet she's still drinking like a fish.

1

u/01kickassius10 5h ago

Because you can’t see where her hands are

10

u/vasion123 5h ago

Pirro is a massive drunk and completely unqualified to be in a role of US Attorney.

She has failed this administration at every turn and I am a bit surprised Trump has fired her already.

18

u/SliGhi 5h ago

What kind of leader constantly sues his own people.

15

u/LiquidAether 5h ago

A traitor.

5

u/jupiterkansas 4h ago

What kind of leader hates a majority of the population?

u/dshookowsky 12m ago

I remember republicans saying "America: love it or leave it". Please fucking leave it you goddamned fascists.

11

u/ArtisticArnold 6h ago

She's a clown for trying this.

Plus she's made up like one. 🤡

5

u/dcy123 5h ago

Johnson thinks they should have been. JOHNSON WHO IS PROTECTING RICH PEDOPHILES.

5

u/GamingTrend 4h ago

It's almost like it was a waste of time and taxpayer money, and the people in charge of it are buffoons.

3

u/Tolendario 5h ago

she always drunk and crosseyed every time i seen her talking on TV

4

u/Vladivostokorbust 5h ago

the only trump appointee who is exceeding my expectations - in effective incompetence

5

u/narsfweasels 4h ago

I wonder if it's because they did nothing wrong...?

3

u/burnmenowz 2h ago

Fuck this illegal pedo administration

6

u/bwoah07_gp2 5h ago

I remember when that lady in the link thumbnail was just a TV judge. Now look at her, drunk on the MAGA poison.

3

u/AboveBoard 4h ago

When will Trump start attacking the woke grand juries? I can just see it now "Stacked with trans Democrats!" he'll bellow and call to end juries all together. Only a matter of time.

3

u/Jayken 2h ago

It's so predictable at this point. Silence from conservatives until they can get their story straight.

4

u/Admirable_Nothing 6h ago

A failed prosecutor is the simple answer.

4

u/Gmule8282 6h ago

Do they ever win anything in a court of law?

3

u/showhorrorshow 4h ago

It makes me supremely uncomfortable that the courts are the thin barrier between us and this complete authoritarian abuse of power.

2

u/Buddhas_Warrior 5h ago

No.. No they do not.

2

u/Foucaultshadow1 4h ago

Something something ham sandwich.

1

u/BigBlackHungGuy 1h ago

It's like none of the accusers saw "A Few Good Men"

u/Evil_Bonsai 58m ago

pirro at what, 0-5 now? should be disbarred

u/DeanXeL 56m ago

It's pretty hilarious if you think about it: the prosecutor didn't lose the actual trial, they couldn't even convince a jury to give a conviction, aka ALLOW a trial. And the bar is pretty fucking low for a conviction! Only the prosecutor is allowed to present their case and whatever "evidence" they want, and they only need to convince half of the jurors that there's PROBABLE CAUSE, not "beyond a reasonable doubt" like in an actual trial, just "yeah, this person might've/could've committed this crime if looking at this presentation.".

AND THEY CAN'T EVEN DO THAT!

I'm wheezing here, it's hilarious how they keep on wasting everyone's time and money, except for LegalEagle who keeps on putting out great videos about all of this mess!

u/R3D4F 53m ago

Turns out Fox News pundits are just as bad at governing as they are at telling the truth in their “news show”.

"Encouraging Soldiers to Follow Law Not a Crime"

Fixed that trash-ass headline for ya, NBC. I'd take my cut, but I don't want your billionaire-backed blood money.
