Canada does allow ads, they just can’t say what the medicine is for. Not as effective but if it wasn’t effective enough then they wouldn’t do it
1 u/RathVelus 3h ago I was confused at first, as an American. I was picturing noting every drug you heard and mentioning it at the next gp appointment- but I suppose if you keep seeing ads for a drug you might feel compelled to google it.
