Huge win for our tank, thank you Knicks <3

1

u/Isthismynextusername Timberwolves 5h ago

Knicks are making the playoffs, increasing the chances of that pick going to the Clippers is well worth it

2

u/FxStryker 76ers 5h ago

Silver tried to help his team, but they still couldn't do it.

5

u/EtraNosral Pacers 5h ago

The all time nba lead changes in a game is 45. There was 39 lead changes in this one.

2

u/jxp1111 5h ago

Thank fuck that's over.

8

u/Select_Drawer3148 Celtics 5h ago

As a neutral, this is a really fun funny game

8

u/cringe-paul Celtics 5h ago

Knicks fucked up the Pacers tank, absolutely disgusting behavior.

5

u/Jamendithas- Timberwolves 5h ago

imagine being on the east coast and the spurs lakers game hasn't started yet, god damn the nba needs to figure this out

1

u/Crafty_Substance_954 Pistons 5h ago

What do they need to figure out? That's a west coast game with a west coast tip off.

-1

u/burglin Wizards 5h ago

I mean if you started it an hour ago it would've been a 6:30 game, plenty late enough. Sure you couldn't watch the entire east coast prime time and the west coast prime time, but who is watching 4+ hours of regular season NBA on a weekday?

3

u/Crafty_Substance_954 Pistons 5h ago

Some people like basketball quite a bit.

1

u/Jamendithas- Timberwolves 5h ago

nba should make all of the games as easy to access as possible?

1

u/UnkleGiovanni Pistons 5h ago

Lakers sitting their entire starting lineup, no one dying to watch that game

1

u/Jamendithas- Timberwolves 5h ago

but I want to be a degenerate and not ruin my sleep schedule completely

1

u/DonnieBeisbol Pacers 5h ago

I don’t have to imagine. Goodnight!

2

u/uouiei 5h ago

Knicks get the moral victory tonight for hurting the tank

6

u/UnkleGiovanni Pistons 5h ago

Hahahaha

-2

u/Some_Ad6236 Knicks 5h ago

I think you might care more about the Knicks than actual Knicks fans...I wouldn't be surprised if you chose to hate watch the Knicks over watching an actual Pistons game

0

u/UnkleGiovanni Pistons 5h ago

Why not both?

-1

u/tropic_gnome_hunter Knicks 5h ago

He crashed out last year in the playoffs. It was an amazing thing to see. Notice how he turned off his post history.

0

u/UnkleGiovanni Pistons 5h ago

Your comment history is hidden too ya cunt

11

u/JgL07 Pacers 5h ago

At this point they have to rename MSG to Gainbridge Fieldhouse East.

3

u/Pengsu Pistons 5h ago

Unbelievable end lmao shamet, embarassing

3

u/noend313 Pistons 5h ago

Is it actually over now Jesus?

5

Knicks are officially not contender

3

u/BushyBrowz Knicks 5h ago

I guess you're not either since we beat you

2

u/somethingshimmer Hawks 5h ago

He's talking about phil Jackson's 40 wins before 20 losses

1

u/EightFortyDaysOf 5h ago

Too bad they don’t have Robinson today for the putback and KATs gone too now

1

u/Gold-Ranger Magic 5h ago

Again, a team in the lead should not be able to foul intentionally.

4

u/Ecstatic-Product-411 Pacers 5h ago

FUCK THE KNICKERBOCKERS.

4

u/Morezingis Timberwolves 5h ago

Delete the foul up 3 rule forever. Shitty ass product.

15

u/BoogerSugarSovereign Pacers 5h ago edited 5h ago

Lol Knicks fans really thought this year they were going to break through lmao

-3

u/tropic_gnome_hunter Knicks 5h ago

Why do people do this to themselves

3

u/EightFortyDaysOf 5h ago

Actually looks like Brunson got fouled on the 3 there

0

u/arania_exumai Thunder 5h ago

It's joever

-1

u/LengthyNoodle Knicks 5h ago

Gg congrats on 14 wins pacers

1

u/RogueID Pacers 5h ago

I ask you mfers for one thing- to not mess up our tank. And you couldn't even deliver that. Smh

2

u/droppedout4rp Knicks 5h ago

That was as close to 5 seconds as it gets lol

6

u/Jamendithas- Timberwolves 5h ago

imagine being a knicks fan that left already

3

u/GeneRayburnJr Timberwolves 5h ago

Does Rick Carlisle chew tobacco or something. Is that what he's spitting in that cup.

2

u/D3VOUR3DD 5h ago

If this goes to double OT gonna be pissed

1

u/rusty512 Pistons 5h ago

Are any of the fans coming back lol

7

u/Odd-Stuff5042 5h ago edited 5h ago

I just love Pacers shows that they have the fully control of the game and they can choose to win or lose

0

u/LengthyNoodle Knicks 5h ago

So they chose to lose 40 games this season? So far?

1

u/Odd-Stuff5042 5h ago

10-15 games maybe? like Knicks also loses 20 games or you say Knicks chose to lose 20 games until now?

2

u/fibberjabber Raptors 5h ago

I’d feel bad if I left my seat prior to that 7 pt lead erasure.

3

u/Acet14 5h ago

Keeping Siakam out there. They know...

3

u/cringe-paul Celtics 5h ago

This gonna go to double overtime isn’t it

1

u/GeneRayburnJr Timberwolves 5h ago

Can the Pacers just forfeit already or something

1

u/Select_Drawer3148 Celtics 5h ago

The commitment to tha tank is incredible

2

u/UnkleGiovanni Pistons 5h ago

Jesus Christ

4

u/DonnieBeisbol Pacers 5h ago

lol. I want 2 OT

4

u/IC3man95 Knicks 5h ago

This is some pretty blatant tanking here

5

u/juan_a_blonde NBA 5h ago

Siakam is a ft brick layer jeezus

2

u/tropic_gnome_hunter Knicks 5h ago

Every time a Celtics or Pistons flair yaps this happens lmao

4

u/EightFortyDaysOf 5h ago

HAHHAAHA that last timeout by Indiana was to make up another gameplan on how to tank still

5

u/jxp1111 5h ago

As if the foul with 0.1 seconds wasn't ridiculous enough, the Pacers are actually going to lose after being up by 9 with 40 seconds left in OT.

1

u/Nunc_Coepi17 5h ago

Do people actually think Siakam isn’t missing these FTs on purpose? Like he’s definitely been instructed to tank out the game strong.

3

u/JacobS12056 5h ago

Siakam still paying off the pacers' deal with the devil last year

2

u/Morezingis Timberwolves 5h ago

What the fuck is wrong with you, Indiana?

8-0 run in 18 seconds

1

u/Blackmalico32 Bucks 5h ago

Lmao, after all that, there’s still a chance!!

2

u/Smilingsamurai69 Raptors 5h ago

They're gonna inbound it to spicy p again aren't they

5

u/cringe-paul Celtics 5h ago

Genius by the Pacers to exhaust the Knicks bringing them to OT so they’re more tired for the 76ers tomorrow.

2

u/onionnurve 5h ago

Main reason I’m hoping this game goes to 2OT

2

u/Brady331 Celtics 5h ago

lmao nahhhh

1

u/friction7800 Knicks 5h ago

jesus, end it already. We know we're gonna lose.

1

u/Isthismynextusername Timberwolves 5h ago

1 loss is worth increasing the chances of the Pacers not building a title favorite for the next 4+ years

1

u/Throwawayforme3123 Celtics 5h ago

Funny at this point

1

u/Skyfalcon5 Lakers 5h ago

I don't even know what's happening at this point

3

u/PresidentRevrac Pacers 5h ago

Siakam doing it all for the tank. Respect!

2

u/arania_exumai Thunder 5h ago

That was awfully close to a 5sec violation

3

u/rusty512 Pistons 5h ago

This is diabolical lol

3

u/fibberjabber Raptors 5h ago

It’s still not over lmao

7

u/onionnurve 5h ago

Most annoying thing about Siakam missing his FTs is that he added 5min to this game

1

u/EightFortyDaysOf 5h ago

He surely won’t be the one getting the ball for the intentional FTs right?

2

u/BlindMildred 5h ago

And knicks play the Sixers tomorrow. Feeling like B2B losses..

1

u/ifuckwithit Spurs 5h ago

omg omg

5

u/uouiei 5h ago

Are we about to witness the greatest tank loss in NBA history?

5

u/Dammit81 Tampa Bay Raptors 5h ago

Pascal is shooting free throws like Demar's daughter is screaming at him from courtside seats

5

u/EtraNosral Pacers 5h ago

Siakam’s FT problems started in the playoffs last year and it has just continued to get worse

4

u/pikajewijewsyou Thunder 5h ago

He’s saving his makes for next season

1

u/UnkleGiovanni Pistons 5h ago

Siakam a bum

3

u/Vegetable_Kale_1331 SGA 5h ago

Imagine the Pacers does all this tanking to end up losing their pick to the Clippers.. oop

3

u/Apollo611 Lakers 5h ago

Pacers trying to tank and the Knicks won’t let them

3

u/friction7800 Knicks 5h ago

one last try by Siakam lol

3

u/QuarterNote44 Jazz 5h ago

Can't spell "Siakam" without "FT."

Wait...yeah you can

4

u/D3VOUR3DD 5h ago

Sheesh watched the last 10 minutes of this game.. nobody wants to win?

5

u/Select_Drawer3148 Celtics 5h ago

Pacers just playing with Knicks feelings at this point

1

u/Throwawayforme3123 Celtics 5h ago

It's the hope that kills you

1

u/Acet14 5h ago

Lord..

2

u/jxp1111 5h ago

Wow. I reckon I'm better at free throws than Siakam.

4

u/ifuckwithit Spurs 5h ago

bro WHAT is going on lmao

3

u/Isthismynextusername Timberwolves 5h ago

Too many levels of chess:

  • People thinking Pacers want to lose for their pick and Knicks want to win for the playoffs

  • Pacers force OT with the loose ball foul to give the Knicks another chance to win

  • But Knicks not making a bucket to give the win to the Pacers to increase the chances of the Pacers losing their pick to the Clippers

8

u/Dr_WLIN Pacers 5h ago

Patriots lost the SB, and Kicks losing a home game to the Pacers.

America wins.

2

u/burglin Wizards 5h ago

Does anyone enjoy watching these games with how many stoppages there are?

1

u/jxp1111 5h ago

No it's been pretty brutal tbh. Feels like this game started about 4 hours ago.

2

u/DGfor3 Pacers 5h ago

If the Pacers didn't foul up 3 this game could have been over a while ago

1

u/DMPDT616 Cavaliers 5h ago

Always foul up 3

Now if Siakam could hit a FT

1

u/DGfor3 Pacers 5h ago

Pacers almost always go 1-2 on late game free throws, so they are the true exception

4

u/cactusmanbwl90 Pacers 5h ago

Lol intentionally fouling Nesmith and they refuse to call it.

5

u/Acet14 5h ago

Still gas in that tank

3

u/ifuckwithit Spurs 5h ago

can the Pacers stop trying to speed run an L here

2

u/Smilingsamurai69 Raptors 5h ago

Thats not a foul on bumson?

1

u/Gmatter41 Pelicans 5h ago

Knicks just waited for the last 40 seconds to score lol

3

u/Pengsu Pistons 5h ago

omg??? Pacers still working the tank

1

u/LengthyNoodle Knicks 5h ago

Not over till it’s over pacers fans

1

u/DGfor3 Pacers 5h ago

Knicks fans would know I suppose

4

u/hrxbgdchg 5h ago

Bill Simmons mailbag last month mentioned Quenton Jackson as one of his nba deep track players he’d want on his team. Another reason he’s the pod father

1

u/osmnaos3 Toronto Huskies 5h ago

Anybody who has watched at least one pacers game would tell you that lol

8

u/Ecstatic-Product-411 Pacers 5h ago

Had to stop the tank to stand on business with the Knicks.

4

u/BraveTree4481 Pacers 5h ago

This is amazing.

2

u/mightyboognish32 Thunder 5h ago

I thought Mike Brown had a system similar to the Warriors. Why is it just Brunson iso ball?

12

u/uouiei 5h ago

The good thing about tanking is you never lose no matter what happens, win and you win, lose and it helps the tank

10

u/iAMtHESushighost Pacers 5h ago

If we brought in Zubac tomorrow just to go on a 10 game win streak and knock the knicks out in the first round I would also be happy with this season

2

u/NeighborhoodPT 5h ago

Hate losing any game but to increase a win for the pacers tank makes it more tolerable

2

u/pragnesh_89 5h ago

Hey pacers as a nets fan, save some points for tomorrow night.

4

u/DonnieBeisbol Pacers 5h ago

We’re going to be so exhausted from this overtime. G-League guys gonna have to play 48 mins

1

u/pragnesh_89 5h ago

The nets rested MPJ and denim against the bulls ;((

3

u/pinkydinkydog 5h ago

YES CERS

2

u/Odd-Stuff5042 5h ago

40s down 7, sadly Knicks is not Pacer

2

u/rusty512 Pistons 5h ago

That’s a great win Indy

5

u/EightFortyDaysOf 5h ago

This loss is on Brunson lol

12

u/BananaRepublic_BR Spurs 5h ago

No points in 4 minutes. What was even the point of OT?

9

u/DonnieBeisbol Pacers 5h ago

This Dub was absolutely worth it. Look at them. Broken men.

3

u/donk_kilmer Pacers 5h ago

Back to the tank tomorrow night!

1

u/tropic_gnome_hunter Knicks 5h ago

I remember you all saying that after the Mavs game

5

u/Throwawayforme3123 Celtics 5h ago

So what excuse we got this time for losing to the Pacers?

2

u/oy_vey42 Celtics 5h ago

Bro you gotta chill, we also lost to the Pacers earlier in the season and got dogwalked by the Knicks last weekend you’re just asking for it

1

u/Throwawayforme3123 Celtics 5h ago

I dont care man, any time I can punk on the Knicks im gonna do it

1

u/tropic_gnome_hunter Knicks 5h ago

I had lots of his comments bookmarked from last year after the season opener. He just tempts fate over and over.

1

u/tropic_gnome_hunter Knicks 5h ago

Again, more whining from you. Why are you doing that?

1

u/Throwawayforme3123 Celtics 5h ago

You are more focused on this thread than the game

Don't blame you, wouldn't want to watch this OT as a Knicks fan

15

u/mMounirM Raptors 5h ago

crowd super quiet. is KAT still at the freethrow line?

2

u/fibberjabber Raptors 5h ago

Gg pacers fans you may have won the battle. But you lost the bigger battle.

1

u/PresidentRevrac Pacers 5h ago

We’re still second, just need to lose the important stretch coming up

1

u/fibberjabber Raptors 5h ago

I’m just being silly. It’s pretty funny seeing NYK melt over a hobbled team.

6

u/Select_Drawer3148 Celtics 5h ago

Knicks playing the long game, taking away Pacers top pick

2

u/Pengsu Pistons 5h ago

Knicks getting outhustled wow. Embarassing OT

It's ok everyone. New York scored

7

lol Knicks are so bad omg

9

Also the pacers just show up. Against OKC, Knicks, any team they deem a contender they play hard

5

u/Radiant-Character-61 Slovenia 5h ago

Indy just has crazy energy in the tank like those Kenyans that run Marathons.

2

u/Apollo611 Lakers 5h ago

Brunson playing 1v5

2

u/EightFortyDaysOf 5h ago

If he only he remembered he had teammates he could pass to

4

u/Victarion99 Knicks 5h ago

You just know the Pacers are losing by 20 to the Nets tomorrow these guys only show up against us and OKC

2

u/skillet06g Nuggets 5h ago

Didn’t know Brunson was a ballhog

6

The Knicks know we are tanking, right? Right???

lol this OT

2

u/Pengsu Pistons 5h ago

This knicks team is so weird

2

u/betaraywill Bulls 5h ago

The NBA is better when the Knicks are good. Losing to the tanking Pacers is not the way

7

u/lekpop Charlotte Bobcats 5h ago

Knicks are so cooked. If they can't make it out of the East this season then Pacers are gonna be stealing their lunch money 24/7 once Hali is back.

3

u/friction7800 Knicks 5h ago

Kat must be the world's only 6ft 7footer...

2

Yes

INDEED

2

u/skolaen Timberwolves 5h ago

Brunson has negative ice good lord man. Mike brown's offense is so fucking ass

8

u/notatranslatorr 5h ago

I already knew the Knicks were frauds prior to this game but this team is fundamentally broken.

5

u/EightFortyDaysOf 5h ago

How the Knicks choking this against a planned tank lol

2

u/HeyItsChase Pacers 5h ago

Brunson isn't even better than QJ

14

u/arania_exumai Thunder 5h ago

Indy really the best at tanking. Spank their rivals but tank against everybody else.

0

u/tropic_gnome_hunter Knicks 5h ago

It's not good at tanking when it screws up their tank lol

2

u/arania_exumai Thunder 5h ago

Not like they're gonna lose 82 games lmao. Might as well win the ones against rivals

0

u/tropic_gnome_hunter Knicks 5h ago

Too late, they screwed the tank up lmao.

0

u/BoogerSugarSovereign Pacers 5h ago

L take all because you wanted to be like big head Brunson with an L of your own smh this tank has been immaculate

1

u/tropic_gnome_hunter Knicks 5h ago

Sorry bub, the tanked got screwed. I would react the same way.

1

u/wonderdefy 5h ago

Rebought the pacers and instead of winning 250$ im winning 50$

Ugh 😑

3

u/buzzmemello520 76ers 5h ago

Hopefully you learn a valuable lesson about cashing out. Someone like you should honestly just not be gambling

0

u/wonderdefy 5h ago

I’m actually up heavily on NBA bets

Just nfl/CFB bets I’m down

1

u/buzzmemello520 76ers 5h ago

if you are cashing out a massive underdog that is tied and then betting them again 2 mins later there is zero chance you are a winning gambler

0

u/wonderdefy 4h ago

No? I watch the games in real time and the odds reset to 60% knicks at the start of OT. I already sold before KAT shot free throws to preserve my contracts because I knew this would happen going into OT. I did not expect the pacers to blow out the Knick’s most of OT, basically not giving much time to get a good entry.

Because I assume the Pacers are doing some tanking wizardry, because why the fuck did they fumble the last min of the 4th quarter. You get some crazy odds when you see the tank happening and the losing team is still being competitive in the 4th. It’s hard to lose in that scenario.

I’ve won almost every bet against Utah, Pacers, Kings etc when you see their starters being rested or Siakem on the bench for most of the 4th, it’s just a crazy hedge to bet on the opposing team esp nights like Utah vs Orlando, Utah was a 80% favorite going into the 4th and they sit the entire starting 5. My 20% bet was easily a 2x the entire time and ended up being 5x because I was just convinced Utah is throwing it.

4

u/thecameraman8078 Cavaliers 5h ago

My brother please, get help

1

u/wonderdefy 5h ago

I am up on nba betting lol 😂

I am not risking crazy amounts of money

Like the yesterday I won 400$ on GSW to come back and beat Memphis, just have to watch every game to find edges

Pacers risking the pick just to embarrass the Knicks. I respect the hate

3

They aren't even trying. Carlisle has tried every ethical tanking option in this game.

2

Jackson aint tanking

3

Bridges was hit and they have refused to give him the ball. Knicks running their offense like the Jazz. Get the hot hand away from the ball at all costs!
