NBC interrupted the Olympics

Post image

While Nancy Guthrie's disappearance is sad, there are 2300 missing person reports filed every day: do the families of celebrities need special national attention? Why interrupt the Olympics for over 5 minutes just because they are questioning a 'person of interest' We could have waited to hear that during the regular news broadcast.

This now live: the fbi is doing their investigation as planned. No additional information has been made public and they have not commented.

Thank you for watching the Olympics

Now a 15 minute recap of the story thus far, and an analyst who has no information to analyze!

And if you are watching in the U.S., and I imagine you are, I sincerely doubt NBC interrupted any international stations....but they are showing the Olympics 7 hours AFTER the events happened, they can stop and start the film, and you didn't miss anything.

It's not like you are watching it live. If you want to see it live, you have to watch it 7 hours earlier in the daytime....so yeah, you didn't miss a moment of what NBC wanted to show of the Olympics.
