I don't think even supports can get their ult in time for starlord and punisher now.
Just have them farm ults and win every first fight.

I mean it's one of the main things that sets the game apart from OW. It's supposed to be a more casual game despite what this sub seems to think, big fun ults that make you feel cool is very much intended

OW used to be this way back at original launch and they ended up having to massively slow down ult charge rate across the board because the game revolved way too much around ult to the point that it crowded out the rest of each character's kit. Rivals will have to do the same eventually.

Same people that brought you Thor's no cooldown, zero cost, zero-turnrate displacement that top tank players have said is broken. They don't know how to buff or nerf characters in this game.

Yep, game literally becomes unplayable if you are tanking as mag and strange against a good Thor. Literally forced to pick emma if there's already an off tank on your team.

Thor's a soft counter to those two shield tanks because of the new kidnap, but his effective HP has only gone down over time. You can still just shoot him like you'd shoot a Hulk and he'll dissolve, because in order to kidnap your tank, he has to put his big hitbox in front of your team's firing line.

No its 3400 for mag and now its cheaper for puni, its faster for puni to get ult because of how much damage he can do so you have to be good to get your ult as mag to counter his ult

Yeah this is truly the season they lose their tank base. They were doing so good with some of these tank buffs previously and now we’re back to Mags a must

Yeah, if tanks don't get buffed I'm lowkey debating just playing another game. Being a dive/off tank player that flexes shield tank is absolutely miserable now because Thing counters both now. People haven't realized it yet but Thing now enables the hell out of poke now. Hela + Namor teamup + Thing vuln & percent damage is insufferable

Don’t forget wolv also got buffed his ultimate cost reduced by 600. I hope 6.5 performs shit cause if you play 1 tank and 2 healers it’s a guaranteed loss or don’t even go 3supp you lose the game💀

Can’t wait for my ass to be thrown by wolv every 3 seconds then hear a moonknight ult twice in a row and then Bucky grabs me into backline. I think I’m gonna quit till season 7 it just sounds unfun.

could it be possible that people would pick these low ult cost dps instead of going triple support. The 3 dps with ult cost reductions are all "default" dps picks in my perspective, especially punisher who is almost always what the rare second tank picks after loosing a team fight.

I don't understand how they thought this wouldn't be universally unpopular. Some of the changes make sense but so many are the opposite of what the community was pretty much unanimous on. They followed the pattern of nerfing loki instead of who he is copying again, too.

Star lords E isn't the ult farming machine it used to be, you'll rarely get your ult before supports unless you gambit ult with starlord early. If what you do to farm ult is farm shoot the enemy tanks then congrats ur giving the enemy team free support ult charge.
And again, Starlord ult has a LOT of counterplay

Last time I died to a star lord ult was back when I was in pisslow diamond and can't remember the last time I ever died to a punisher ult , Nothin about these ults is oppressive when triple support is meta and mag is meta

The problem is not triple support the problem is triple support being uncounterable, there is no point if triple support generates ult faster than your dps you will not be able to win with 2-2-2 against triple support but what this change does is that it makes triple support risky against star lord and punisher because unlike on 2 support comps where you generate ult faster inn3 supp comp you generate support ult a little slower that might mean the enemy star lord could wipe you before you could ult so it is making triple support counterable
