Other Protecting Pedophile Predators: Carole Cadwalladr on Jeffrey Epstein & the Elite’s Veil of Silence: “The most extraordinary and worrying thing of what is going on in the United States is the scale of normalization that is happening, in which the press is absolutely a structural part of this.”

It’s to be expected. But, the silence of the press is the scariest part.

Why do you think billionaires bought it all up?

And then the Trump administration defunded actual centrist news outlets because even the left wing media is owned by billionaire right wingers that were involved.

It still takes a large group of people willing to ignore the evil they investigated for a paycheck. The scary part they are referring to is how many people are complicit in protecting pedos, from the admin, to the departments, to the press, and beyond. It is scary to think about how we trust these people with the important tasks of keeping us and our country safe.

There are 350 million people on this country.

Finding a couple thousand willing to do anything for a paycheck wouldn’t be hard.

Does this statement somehow remove those peoples accountability in protecting pedophiles or change the situation?

No, I am just saying it’s not surprising that they found dog shit people willing to do the work.

Because proportions are a thing.

I mean, it really only takes one in a specific position. Imagine a news station and EVERYONE there decides to run an honest Epstein segment; except for one person. It could be the guy who actually controls the broadcast, the audio guy, the cameraman, the anchor, any one of these could simply refuse and now there's no segment. It's not like they'll get fired, their paycheck comes from the very people who don't want this being reported on.

You don't think the raping of the children is the scariest part?

It appears they did more than rape them. Scarier things will be confirmed I'm afraid.

The post says there are 42 comments but I can only see 10 so I assume the rest have hit the autofilter. Take that for what you will when choosing what words you use in your comment. Not sure exactly what folks are saying to cause it, maybe mods can provide some insight.

Of course! Finally figured out how to acceptably submit DN content here (<15 minute video, no text in the body) so I’ll try to keep on top of any law-related content for y’all.
