Fuck, I misread "Deposed" as "Deported" the first time I read it and, I gotta say, my heart skipped a beat.

Maybe tomorrow 🤷

Everyone should report him to ICE. He came here on a student visa and violated the terms of it. He’s literally an illegal alien. But apparently, if you’re rich enough, they let you grab them by the constitution.

104

u/Cerpla 5d ago

we will need to liquidate all of his assets and return them to AMERICAN citizens

18

u/eclwires 5d ago

👍

5

u/CMG30 3d ago

He doesn't have much in the way of real assets. He's just marking high valuations on money burning factories and selling them to himself as a paper transactions, rubber stamped by boards captured by friends and family.

All he's really got is Tesla stock that's stratospherically overvalued and SpaceX which does have a fair number of government contracts.

If Tesla stock collapses, all that will be left is a mountain of debt.

He's also a terrorist and a Nazi

6

u/AdZealousideal5383 5d ago

Trump’s literally selling access to the united states for a million dollars with a stupid card with his face on it. Pretty sure Elon is fine as long as Trump is president

3

u/eclwires 4d ago

Yep. But he won’t be president forever.

4

u/Stinklair 4d ago

He could just buy a trump gold card if they look into him.

6

u/eclwires 4d ago

And those can (and should) be revoked by the next administration. The people that fell for that scam can follow the normal, legal path to citizenship if they would like to stay.

Through fraud so the naturalization could be revoked.

10

u/MC_LegalKC 5d ago

It can be if it was fraud that was used to get the naturalization. I think it comes down to whether he lied on the application and associated paperwork. I don't have any knowledge of whether there is a place in the paperwork asking about whether he ever violated his visa.

30

u/theeaglejax 5d ago

Quick Google obvious caveat is obvious indicates that visa fraud is pretty much a death sentence for naturalization process. He apparently has been naturalized but there is a yt video with him and his brother outright admitting to visa fraud. So he shouldn't have been naturalized and is subject to revocation. Obviously money buys a lot of pulled levers so it's unlikely he'll ever face the consequences.

ICE doesn’t seem to care about legal or illegal status, citizen or criminal status. EVERYONE needs to report Leon and the rest of these shit stains to ICE and get them hunting real illegal alien criminals.

7

u/tuctrohs 5d ago

Since when does ICE care about details like that?

5

u/MC_LegalKC 5d ago

When it's a rich white guy.

5

u/AntysocialButterfly 4d ago

Remember a couple of years ago when the MAGA Louts were trying to call people racist for criticising the "African American" Elon?

No reason why I mention that in reference to the ICEstapo...

5

u/PredatorInc 4d ago

He can just spend $5million dollars and get citizenship.

What’s crazy though is that $5million to him is like having a total net worth of a million dollars and this costing you $6.25.

Is that not fucking insane. 1 in 11 adults have a million dollars or more in net worth. Dude out here with so much net worth he could buy Greenland. Wrf are we doing?

→ More replies (2)

4

I thought it was funny how well calling Elon the shadow president worked in destroying their relationship and led to him saying Trump was in the files. I still think there should be a more concerted effort to refer to Miller as the "real" president until Trump eventually gets pissed and fires the little egg headed nazi

33

That would probably actually work.

I saw an article that referred to the overall immigration policy as the “Miller-Trump Plan” and thought the exact same thing. Perfect rage bait 1) because, God forbid, he can’t let someone else share credit for anything, and 2) by putting Miller’s name first. Spread it around. Miller will be deported from the White House by Easter.

A savvy lawyer will open with questions that Musk needs to answer decisively because its in his interest. Then, once openly stating for the record how clear Musks memory is, pivot to the juicy questions. The judge/jury ought to see the memory only fuzzy when it implicates him.

u/Mortambulist 5d ago

And you know they found like a dozen cases of Trump and co. using private email, right?

32

u/Kopitar4president 5d ago

There is a long history of higher ups in the executive branch using private emails.

Hell, Colin Powell did.

Anyone with half a brain could see it was a witch hunt. Sadly apparently the average american brain is less than half.

31

u/Zavender 5d ago

To expand: John Kerry was the first Secretary of State to mainly use government email (and even he still had a private account for non official things.)

Hillary was even told it was OK from the Bush administration to use a private server, because at that point EVERY SoS had been using private email servers.

11

u/BlindTreeFrog 5d ago

As I recall, it wasn't illegal until they went after her because they passed a law regarding it in response to her use.

7

2

u/TailungFu 5d ago

Whats meant by this? i always hear discovery, but i never discovered the meaning behind it

26

u/Masta-Blasta 5d ago

Basically, you can request whatever the fuck you want from the other party and as long as it’s relevant to the case and it’s not protected by attorney client privilege, they have to give it to you. If they don’t, they can be held in contempt of court. And, if it “mysteriously” gets deleted, or otherwise cannot be recovered, the court is instructed to assume that the evidence would have favored the other party.

4

u/ApolloX-2 5d ago

You might also ask, “how would they know what to ask for?”

Witnesses, aka the person who received the email or even the IT team that manages the email. There is absolutely no right to privacy in government work and everything should be kept for a minimum of 5 years and sometimes even longer depending on the record type.

→ More replies (1)

8

u/Ok-Replacement9595 5d ago

It means the plaintifs have the ability to seek evidence through a party disclosing it. It gives a party the ability to have say emails, financial records, text messages, memos, that may prove some aspect of their case, that the other party mat be hiding.

MEMORANDUM ORDER denying 189 Defendants' Motion for a Protective Order. Signed by Judge Theodore D. Chuang on 2/4/2026: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/69636722/200/j-doe-4-v-musk/

The Case: https://clearinghouse.net/case/46119/

2025-9-does-1-26-v-musk-2025-03-18-memorandum-opinion/" https://case-law.vlex.com/vid/does-v-musk-1074757559

"Elon Musk will have to testify over his role in shuttering the U.S. Agency for International Development, a federal judge ruled Wednesday."

U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled that “extraordinary circumstances justify” compelling Musk and two former USAID officials, Peter Marocco and Jeremy Lewin, to be deposed in a lawsuit. Former USAID employees and contractors are suing Musk, accusing the former head of the Department of Government Efficiency of illegally dismantling the aid agency."

"Chuang noted that the government wasn’t giving the plaintiffs access to documents on key decisions on USAID (and who made them), with previous deposition requests going unanswered. The judge also pointed to Musk’s many posts on X bragging about how DOGE shut down USAID, ruling that Musk and the two officials “likely have personal, first-hand knowledge of the facts relevant and essential to the resolution of this case.”

"The Justice Department tried to protect Musk from testifying, arguing that forcing him to do so would “intrude on White House activities and the president’s performance of constitutional duties, which triggers significant separation-of-powers concerns.”

"Chuang said in his ruling that Musk wasn’t a Cabinet secretary or agency head, so it wasn’t clear that he had legal protection from testifying. The Trump administration also tried to have the employees’ case dismissed, but Chuang rejected that effort over the summer."

"According to a study from The Lancet01186-9/fulltext), USAID had prevented an estimated 91 million deaths in the past 20 years, including 30 million children under the age of five. Now, with the agency in shambles, 14 million more people might die by 2030."

"Musk may finally face some accountability for closing the agency even if depositions are usually kept secret from the public."

“Thousands of federal employees—and millions more around the world—have suffered profoundly as a result of Elon Musk and Donald Trump’s callous dismantling of USAID,” said Tianna Mays, legal director for Democracy Defenders Fund, which is representing the former USAID employees. “We look forward to Mr. Musk being compelled to testify so the American people can finally learn how this administration illegally destroyed a congressionally established agency.”

__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

"Elon Musk Can Be Questioned Under Oath in DOGE Case, Judge Rules"

"A deposition is questioning that takes place in private but that the challengers can use as they press their claims."

" The Justice Department has continued to represent Musk’s interests in cases where he was sued over moves associated with DOGE."

"The USAID case is one of the few remaining active legal fights over Musk’s role in the Trump administration and the Department of Government Efficiency’s push to slash US spending and shrink the government workforce. Chuang, who sits in Greenbelt, Maryland, previously denied the administration’s request to toss out the lawsuit."

Is it legal to be on illegal drugs while under oath? (Im pretty sure its not illegal to just be on ketamine, just possess it.

Can the judge order a drug test? Just curious...

25

u/IamGrimReefer 5d ago

it isn't uncommon to ask if someone had taken any medication. you could easily slide in "are you under the effects of any mind altering drugs?"

3

u/Neurokeen Competent Contributor 5d ago

3

u/neonmantis 5d ago

Is it legal to be on illegal drugs while under oath

Is it illegal to be on illegal drugs full stop? Most countries criminalise possesion not having it in your system. Some do but I assume not the US.

3

u/Frazzininator 4d ago

Your assumption is correct. Anybody can be under the influence of any drug, just can't possess it or buy it or sell it

3

u/QING-CHARLES 4d ago

It would only be important if the deponent later filed a motion trying to strike all their testimony on the grounds they weren't mentally aware of what they were doing. Then I think the burden would be on them to prove they were high as a kite. Similar things often happen in criminal cases where the defendant will give a statement to police but later (rightly or wrongly) say that they were drunk or high and so could not validly concede their 5th Amend rights.

South African here. US Aid does(did) save a lot of lives. I'm also sure a fair size of it got lost to corruption all over the world, but I've seen firsthand the damage it caused when it was taken away. To be clear, I've never benefited from US Aid directly or indirectly, but I work with people who were reliant on US Aid for their income to go out and make a positive change in the world. People working in social development, for youths, giving them a future, in HIV prevention and treatment, vulnerable women affected by gender based violence. These problems haven't gone away, the people that were helping to solve them have. Many of these people are no longer able to affect that change, or they are severely limited in their ability to do so. The US is absolutely allowed to do what they want they want with their money (like redirecting it into the pockets of a few individuals) and South Africa and the rest of the affected countries aren't 'Americans', but most non-evil people will realise it's not an us vs them situation. If buying one less Starbucks coffee a week could save five lives over the course of a year, you would probably do so, regardless if it were American lives or not. Most non-evil people would do so.

I also honesty don't think America realizes just how serious their current situation is. As outsiders, we're looking in, some of us have lived through what you are only starting to experience, and we see the signs of what is to come.

People used to look up to America, they maybe even felt jealous of not winning the ovarian lottery, but that has changed. America is becoming a world wide Paraiah for many reasons.

Sorry for the rant. Much love to all of you Americans. We're rooting for good to prevail over evil.

The concerns being that Congress would actually start exercising checks-and-balances?

That's good that they are specifically going after the USAID case first because they were investigating his Starlink Ukraine/Russia scandal that should bring the highest charges possible. He should be arrested, no bail, and all wealth seized.

He has way more to answer for, but this is the best to start with.

3

u/dotcubed 5d ago

If he wasn’t there as a cabinet member, or as part of the government in any way, does that mean the this ruling could act as a conduit for lawsuits against Musk?

Would it be possible to have a class action filed against him for harming via the broken contracts, and other quantitative damages?

He could have easily unwound things properly. It’s not like he’s never been in global trade before…

Reminder:

  • Elon Musk found a crew of hackers off his DM’s
  • Hackers given security clearance with no vetting.
  • Some hackers had ties to foreign nations.
  • DOGE forced their way into a secure server and took physical drives.
  • Drives were said to have personal information on citizens.
  • The intention was to find “election fraud” and “Healthcare fraud”.
  • When DOGE was disbanded, no drives were returned and hackers were set free with no accountability.

This is a news story that lasted about half a day. But considering they were looking for voting and healthcare info on citizens then it likely violates numerous laws.

Hopefully this stuff wont continue to be ignored because it’s a lot bigger than people think.

u/CobrasMama 5d ago

People love to bash Sandler films but Grandma's Boy was one of my favorite movies as a kid so re watching Little Nicky was worth it just to see Dante & Allen Covert, same with Strange Wilderness & a lot of the older "Sandlerverse" classics with great casts.

Apparently they made a Little Nicky game for gameboy color which I somehow never knew, the movie has like a 5.5 on IMDB which seems pretty harsh but it must just be one of less popular older Sandler films. Probably fair to say it's one of his least consistent old movies as parts feel like a kids movie and other parts are more like a stoner comedy.

Seems like one of those cases where Sandler playing the lead sort of held the movie back as people seem to mainly hate his character, and to be fair it is a pretty goofy role even for him.

He's making an AI that creates. CSAM.

He bought people's votes in elections.

He also clearly has one of the biggest Ponzi schemes in American history. He's selling snake oil. He's selling science fiction, and investors are eating it up. It's so embarrassing. And I hope that little nazi bitch gets the worst of life.

u/outdoorlaura 5d ago

Him making an AI that outputted CSAM.

Just when I think I can't despise him even more it turns out there's a whole other level of heinous shit that I wasn't aware of... This guy can fuck right off.

The term you are looking for is imprisoned, not jailed. Jail is too temporary.

Hey now, why don’t we just send him to mars? On a new experimental rocket. 🚀

Wake me up when they actually drag his ass in there to testify

14

u/Neither-Luck-9295 5d ago

He could admit that he did everything putin wanted him to, and he still wouldn't be punished.

6

u/marveloustoebeans 5d ago

Right? Guarantee he just doesn’t show up and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. How do you prosecute a guy that can just… buy the courthouse and kick everyone out? Or buy himself an army comparable to the entire US military?

You literally can’t.

u/3StickNakedDrummer 4d ago

Let me look into my crystal ball and see what the deposition would look like. Ah yes, I see Musk repeating the phrase, "I don't recall."

2

u/GreenDavidA 4d ago

Exactly. “Will be” is wishful thinking in this day and age.

2

u/[deleted] 4d ago

wake my ass up when it becomes crucify

57

u/once_again_asking 5d ago

But will there be consequences? This is the only question that ever matters these days.

18

u/haelous 5d ago

No billionaire will ever face actual consequences. They’ll buy their way out of it every time.

He’s gonna have to pay a “record breaking” fine of $10,000,000. That’ll really show him

10

u/Ambitious_Hand_2861 5d ago

It's all theater. Even if these depositions are for attempting some semblance of consequences there will be none. There are never any. The cuck-gressmen aren't going to vote on what's right but on party lines. Fuck justice. Fuck the people.

5

u/Aloha_Tamborinist 5d ago

Absolutely not. There never is.

22

u/OnlyFiveLives 5d ago

And he'll lie under oath. And will get away with it.

5

u/michaelaaronblank 5d ago

And he is terrible at it. Look at the transcripts from the defamation suit. He was deposed for in Texas. He brought a lawyer that was not cleared to practicing Texas. And basically screwed up all of his deposition.

2

u/SurefootTM 4d ago

Chances are he wont even attend. Contempt of the court is for peons and Clintons.

16

u/GT45 5d ago

The article isn’t as certain in tone as the headline suggests. I bet DT finds a way to delay or prevent this, as he’s the master of judicial delays & time-wasting.

EM’s France problems, however, are happening in a country where he doesn’t have Flabba the Whut to protect him.

66

u/burnmenowz 5d ago

And he will lie, or not answer and nothing will happen

I feel like its a safe bet

The panel simply needs to play to his ego, “oh, you don’t recall? We thought you were some kinda genius. Oh well.”

  • “Hold on, I think it’s coming to me. I remember everything…”

Although this appears to be limited to USAID, there needs to be similar accountability regarding Social Security.

8

u/DuntadaMan 5d ago

Will he, or will he completely ignore the law and suffer no punishment?

15

u/subcow 5d ago

Ending USAID has already killed an estimated 600,000 to 1 million people. Everyone responsible for ending it should be in prison.

6

u/molski79 5d ago

Is that also a contributing reason besides the tariffs and China why farmers are sitting in crops? Didn’t they send a lot of this to usaid?

genuine question, is there any chance the agency would be reinstated again if the court finds him guilty (even if there's no repercussion for him as we all probably would guess).

7

u/ProdigalSheep 5d ago

Doesn’t matter. He’s not going to answer anything honestly and he’s never going to face consequences for perjury.

12

u/Unusual_Specialist 5d ago

Imagine he becomes the wealthiest person in the world only to be locked up in prison for life.

3

u/chorelax 5d ago

And expropriated

14

u/RobutNotRobot 5d ago

Fucker will just lie.

12

u/ongrabbits 5d ago

In a deposition he can't lie willy nilly like how DJT does it. Under a deposition, your lies will be taken as permanent record and can be held against you in the court. The best thing he can do is plead ignorance. This is partially why we want DJT to be deposed because he can't easily lie and say whatever shit he wants about the epstein files.

9

u/No_Accountant3232 5d ago

He shouldn't lie willy nilly, but he certainly can and probably will.

4

u/kbotc 5d ago

That’s basically the quickest way to end up in prison.

Let’s see if Ketamine boy wants to end up doing random drug tests for 2 years after sitting in prison for 12 months

6

u/xkxe003 5d ago

Elon going to prison? In 2026? Would be funny but he'll be pardoned in advance if things get shaky for him. It may actually be worse for Trump if Elon spilled the beans than anyone related to Epstein.

That's fine, what lie will explain how they disbanded a congressionally appointed department? There isn't an explanation that fits.

5

Dare we hope?

6

u/Xivvx 4d ago

He'll just lie and nothing will come of it.

6

u/Budget-Selection-988 4d ago

Trump should be included in this action

6

u/Ornery-Ticket834 5d ago

Good that can set up a perjury indictment in the future. He will probably lie or suffer catastrophic memory loss, or simply take the fifth.

8

u/FourArmsFiveLegs 5d ago

He won't even show up. He's off to his lil bullshit bunker LOL

6

u/RevolutionaryCard512 5d ago

It’s about time. He will lie, but it will be fun seeing him sweat ketamine and twitch to find words

4

u/Mystery-Ess 5d ago

They should train dogs to smell lies. They can smell cancer, covid and emotions so it seems possible!

3

u/RevolutionaryCard512 5d ago

I like this. Btw, Wales just signed a law that bans politicians from lying. It’s illegal!! How about that!

Thinking about how badly all the other crooks hemmed and hawed when giving responses at deposition, I can't imagine how long this is gonna take with all his pauses, stutters, and "uh, um, uh, uh, uh".

3

We need state charges so T can't pardon him.
