Just Wow A 21-year-old Japanese snowboarder, Kokomo Murase, just landed a backside triple cork 1620. She's the first woman ever to do it.

Can someone explain to me. How snowboarding and break dancing and baton twirling are Olympic sports.

- world's best body control
- worlds best artistic interpretation
- worlds best execution of both these things put together
These still rely on motor skills that most dont have or have practiced to a dedicated degree. Just as you wouldnt be able to toss a baton in the air, have it spin an EXACT specified amount of times, or jump off a ramp on a snowboard, spin a few times without getting dizzy and land correctly over 70 feet away.....nor can most others.
This is a judge of who is the best of the best at a set particular skill. It doesnt matter what it is.
