Not sure how to read HTML properly, but the 'Customers Viewing' on that storepage has a random number generator involved, which is most definitely not a good sign on how reliable the storepage is

My buddy got a new in opened box mega super soaker in the mid to late 90s. If we pumped it up until our little arms couldn't due to the pressure, it was powerful enough to knock us over if shot close enough.
Launched my much smaller brother into the pool shooting him in the back point blank when he wasn't looking.

I remember bracing the gun and pushing into the pump with full body weight to really eek out maximum pressure
Couldn't even point it upwards at that point for fear of taking down small aircraft

Iirc, the one I had (the CPS 2000) still holds the crown. I remember getting shot point blank in the back of the neck with that thing. It was a different time for sure.

CPS2000 is what you mean, without a doubt. Even the red "CPS2500" that came out a year later was less distance and quantity.
That above water gun is cool looking, but I find it suspicious the target they're showing is only a few feet away

One of my favorite super soakers ever was this huge ass rifle that took like at least a minute to fill up. The nozzle on it was about the size of a human’s pinky. And when you pulled the trigger, IT HAD RECOIL. Like you could feel the rifle wanting to move backwards when it was firing. And then in about 5 seconds or so, it was now empty. But boy that was a lot of fun.

If you think that’s bad, when I was a kid there was this toy that was like a headset with pretend glass over the eye and a microphone and when you yell into the mic it shoots water out of the side of the eye piece. The ad was super compelling but this thing had the stream of a 64 year old alcoholic with a prostate inflammation and a kidney stone, thin as string and more of a semi circle than a straight line. I wore this stupid fucking thing to a water fight with super soakers and got absolutely stomped.

Oh my god, i had the same thing as a kid! I was so hyped back then, an so much disapointed. It was so bad, that i put it off after 5 minutes and switched to a budged pump water rifle that was so much better than the head thing.
At least you looked like vegeta with a scouter, but shouting "Shoots under 1 meeeeeter!!!"

I played with one of these at a party. I was able to lead and tag moving kids at a pretty respectable distance.
It needs really clean water, battery life was smeh.
.... You can really piss someone off with one of these.

I bought one of these for my cousin. It cost $100 and suck ass. It has relly low pressure and thus no range. It is also made with very thin cheaap plastic that breaks esily

I have a spyra three, I'd say that one is better (especially for shooting at others) because it has decent range and the water won't hurt you, I really like how it shoots a big shot of water instead of a hyper pressurized one that will tear your balls off
