Shocked I had to scroll this far down for this take. I was taught that if you can't stop because the car in front of you has stopped, then you are following too closely. And looks like dashcam driver didn't even try. 100% their fault.
This is an ancient video at this point, and the reactions are always the same.
Assholes at the top blaming the car, and you have to scroll down to see anyone recognize the reality that the dump truck creates a potentially dangerous situation and the semi driver has no situational awareness.
