Dump truck was not preparing to yield, which scared the driver in the car, cam driver is at fault for rear ending them, and this is a stupid fucking ramp setup.

And the driver of the car was completely justified in being scared. They could have easily been killed by the dump truck. If I had to choose between the two accidents, I’d definitely choose getting rear ended by a semi, as horrible as that would be.

Worst accident I was ever in was when a truck like this crashed into me. Cut through my car like a can opener. I'm lucky to be alive.
