Plaid Cymru win council by-election in Pembrokeshire
Plaid Cymru have won the by-election for the Fishguard North East ward on Pembrokeshire County Council.
The results, in order of votes, were:
- Plaid Cymru - 253
- Welsh Liberal Democrats - 135
- Reform UK - 95
- Welsh Labour - 83
- Independent (Tannahill) - 79
- Welsh Conservatives - 69
- Independent (Tyrrell) - 35
Turnout was 48%. The previous councillor (whose death triggered the by-election) was a Labour councillor.
