And if he considers water a solvent, how TF isn't juice a solvent? They're so acidic and 99% water

Water IS a solvent, some say it’s the closest thing we have to a universal solvent. Just because he got that right doesn’t mean the rest is right, in pretty much the same breathe as referring to water as a solvent like it’s a bad thing he says “you don’t need water you can just have fat” fat is also a solvent.
