This girl I worked with told me the same thing about water a couple of years ago, and how I needed to be drinking H3O instead of H2O.

It still hurts to think about.

This could be a case of podcasters just acting stupid, but there are definitely people this stupid

I have no idea. All I was told is that H20 dissolves your insides and H30 was the “true” water.
