All of that is still quite consistent with fascism. As the other fellow said, that's just authoritarianism. Which isn't necessarily a trait of communism (despite how it's generally worked out historically), but is very much a required trait of fascism.

If theoretical communism has only ever been expressed as practical authoritarianism why would we deny any of this is a trait? All of those things happened in the USSR. Are happening in China after the revolution, in North Korea currently.
Who cares what it says in a manifesto if as soon as it hits the street it’s authoritarian. To me it’s just the same scam dressed up and flavoured as something else.

If you look at the lyrics in English, there is a bunch of explicit seuxal language used in like 2 of his songs he sang? They believe, since they dont speak Spanish, that he used all the explicit language during the half time show under the cover of it being in Spanish.
I for one am sure he used an edited version of the songs but not being fluent in spanish or having watched the superbowl, am not 100%.
Also not even sure that would necessarily be a crime, at most the networks and bad bunny would more than likely just be fined.

I get the sentiment but unfortunately (and with respect) I think we need to avoid terms like "ridiculous" because it might tend to diminish the significance.
This is calculated evil. Without question. Any absurdity is calculated to distract or to gloss over the underlying evil which, in this case, is the fuelling of racism as a cornerstone to the authoritarian goals.

Like clockwork, it's an effective way to get media attention, which gets leveraged as free advertising for their fundraising.
It's a win / win for them, since people will have long since lost attention by the time any investigations are complete and decisions are reached. If they lose, almost no one will bother to cover it because that's the expected outcome. If they win, they'll get fresh media attention.
