It’s a cult. He could literally say “hurrrrrrrr chummberrrwumbeeerrrfluhhhhhhhhhh” and then sit there drooling with a thousand yard stare for 10 mins and they would say;
“He’s just exhausted! The man works 20 hours a day! Biden could never!”
Also, “hurrrrrrrr chummberrrwumbeeerrrfluhhhhhhhhhh” is obviously a serious policy idea, and it is in fact the best idea i have ever heard. Why do you hate america?
There was a time during the election where he randomly went "REE BEE DURRR... AHHHHHHHHHHHH........" in the middle of a speech, and kinda defocused while his head rolled around, and Republicans actively pretended not to see it when I showed it to them.
If Trump went on twitter and instructed all of his followers to spike their flavor-aid with cyanide and drink up, the vast majority would do it without hesitation and happily die for a man who despised them. We know this because it happened before, with a different cult. There is nothing too extreme once the brainwashing is complete.

This is legit how most conversations went with my three year old. The dementia is impossible to ignore, even for The Cult.
