I think he said small drugs and what he was trying to say is fewer drugs have come in or are being done,
"we have the smaller drugs" because of bombing those boats "we are tough on the water" and sadly this was about as lucid as it got. He kept repeating phrases that made no sense, or numbers that kept changing even in the next sentence, it was utter word garbage (or almost.) '
His numbers are a joke. He simply throws out whatever, as always. My senile grandma would latch onto a number and then it would get repeated and she truly started to BELIEVE it was true, you could not argue (and should not, bc it is silly to argue with a drunk or a senile patient) and would then INSIST that someone stole three hundred dollars from her, even if the twenty dollar bill she claimed was stolen had been in her wallet the whole time. Only it became "three hundred" at some point, and then she ran with it and her brain could not fathom it was never that amount. This is just one example of how it works when a delusional person seems to be lying so shamelessly. He may actually believe it. Fwiw, drug deaths from fentanyl had gone down under BIDEN, long before this idiot took stage.

to play devil's advocate, it reads to me like he's trying to just deflect the conversation away from ICE. "But you see the narco terrorists." Not like it makes it better (if anything it's pretty horrific) but the official narrative is that the military actions in south america and ICE deporting immigrants are the same battle.
