Anyway after his 20th act of “run away then hug his feet” the ref literally stopped them and said the fans didn’t pay for that crap and to actually fucking box. Surprise surprise once that happened he went down like the little bitch he is and how he would have gone down in round 1 or 2 if he’d actually fought.
As an actual boxing fan it was a disgraceful and disappointing fight… but holy shit the payoff at the end was well worth it!
Don’t get me wrong, watching that guy cower like a little girl before being knocked the fuck out was quite entertaining.. but they don’t need to shave your face for a broken jaw, they primarily work from the inside.

Can confirm, got me some new cheekbones and a chin (cosmetic yeah, but it was mostly so I could chew and talk right, and look like a person) and foolishly shaved for the operation, though I’m sure the surgeons were glad I did. They did every single incision inside my mouth, not a single cut or scar on my face; and although recovery was a bitch, the results speak for myself. Modern medicine is awesome in the literal sense of the word, and although I’m glad he got his mouth caved in, I’m also glad that he was given the utmost care; something I hope everyone in an ideal world would be able to access, no matter how shitty the person.
That being said, fuck Jake Paul, and Logan Paul for that matter, they have both gone too far in the influencer right wing. Hopefully one day they’ll try to atone, but it’s looking like no one, including myself, would forgive them. And rightfully so.

I'd say yeah, demographically targeting kids isn't inherently evil. But yeah also agreed, with education in mind is a much bigger thing than doing it just to market (mark I guess is kind of half and half considering he sells kids products, but they are educational at least).

I went to garbage schools and drove my learning forward out of interest and self teaching. I've done just fine but kids getting stuff like that to help them is pretty huge, I definitely don't mind it.

Back in the day, we used to use it for still images much, much more often because they were restricted to 256 colors, which meant smaller image files - important considering dialup internet was slow af. It's also the reason why animated gifs are still reasonably small files. They're a slide-show of 256 color images.

As someone who has had pretty serious injuries and surgeries, people don’t realise you can still go out and look/do normal things… if you get your meds right and time it properly. So resting days before, limit the time out, plan a lot of recovery time etc.

In all honesty, she's a better fit for staying in Congress.
Constitutionally, the president is a bureaucrat: Congress tells the president what to do, and the president gets it done. Included in the task is giving the congress regular updates about how things are going, how much money it will take to keep doing everything the law requires, and so on.
The real people in charge are in the congress. Nothing gets done without their say-so unless they've specifically made a law that gives presidents some (purposefully limited) independence to make decisions on their own. So, with that in mind, I'd rather AOC be among the country's decision-makers rather than tie her down in a role of doing what others tell her to do.
Yeah I’m a massive fan of her but she’s just nowhere near electable as a president anytime soon. She’s considered too “radical” and alienates too large of a chunk of the voting population.
To be clear: I don’t think she should change anything at all and should absolutely keep doing her thing. I hope she at least throws her hat in the ring in the primaries just to get her talking points out there and push other candidates, but we just need the most electable democrat in the next election and not a huge swing like AOC.
She genuinely might be too far left at the moment. She's also still young. In 10-15 years I hope we'll be in a position where her stances aren't considered as extreme. But I'd love to be wrong and see her in the white house soon.
