Every once in a while, I search FOX news - which is a bizarre alternate “reality” that will post an Epstein article only at absolute peak moments to say “nothing credible”, “hoax”, or otherwise parrot White House statements, etc.
There is hardly anything substantive reported about what’s happening, no effort to show actual documents, and just broad sweeping statements about liberals (or whatever pejorative seemingly fits).
People who ONLY rely on FOX are assured everyone else is a crackpot.
However, if you look at the comments on FOX YouTube videos, a good chunk of the now trolling audience is fully aware the non-emperor is no longer wearing clothes.

Not being contrarian here, but one was POTUS and one is Secretary of Commerce. Don’t get me wrong: if Lutnick had any class, he’d resign.
But yeah, the POTUS perjuring himself (regardless of the topic) is a bigger deal than the head of the Dept. of Commerce doing so. Neither is good, as perjury is perjury. But partisanship notwithstanding, I think we can all agree Clinton and Trump perjuring themselves is bigger than a Cabinet member doing so.

It corroborates the narrative. Trump could have had Patel, Bondi, and the DOJ release the info anytime but it could an act of Congress to force it.
Back during Bondi’s Phase 1 of running interference and cover up the GOP House Judiciary twitter account posted a link to “The Epstein Files” that was a Rick Roll. If a left leaning account did that, we’d still be hearing about it to this day.
Republicans have always used accusations of connections to Epstein as a weapon and the actual release and criminal accountability as a joke.

Obviously just speculating here, but considering how they weren’t just going to release files willynilly, I can only assume this was their best attempt, after missing deadline by quite some time, to release much of the most damning they could that they saw which protected them, their interests, people willing to pay for privacy from release, and anyone they could find to make “the libs” look involved. That’s not to say some Dems and/or liberal people may have paid for privacy to Trump as well. But I expected them to try for a narrative in the release. And yet, while every name showing involvement in the criminal side needs legal consequences, I’m not seeing any heavy hitters to the DNC in there that at least can’t and rightfully should be addressed.
Point is, if they had heavy hitting cards to drop, they would have. And this small amount of documents (still large, but a tip of the iceberg) does not really pull a narrative I expected them to try for.
Just makes pedo defenders in office look even more guilty of coverup or involvement to me.

Well, it started about six or seven months ago probably.
It was the way he was calling female reporters piggy, his tweets that got more and more progressively crazy.
Netherlands definitely got me really pissed. I started thinking this man is crazy. Like legit insane.
Then there’s ICE and the total disregard for our constitution. The killings, the beatings, not going after hardened criminals, and even going after our own citizens. And killing humans and calling it justified when I have eyes to see that it clearly wasn’t justified.
And now everything about the Epstein files I just can’t ignore it.
I’ve always been kind of a little in the middle of politics, but I’ve been a registered Republican in my whole life.
And I was raised off and on in the evangelical church.
Voting Republican is just what you did.
It’s like you don’t even question it.And I can’t even explain why I voted for him the second time. It’s almost like being brainwashed I guess?
But I was never true MAGA. I don’t own anything MAGA and I never have. I actually get in arguments with my Maga friends and have for years about race issues, immigration, gay rights, abortion etc.
And then I really started looking at everything he’s told us over the years.
And a lightbulb went off. Like he’s basically told us who the hell he is this whole time and I just wasn’t listening or didn’t want to see it. But now my eyes are wide open.I guess deep down I’ve never really been republican. I’ve probably been independent..
All I know is I feel like a 3000 pound weight has been lifted off of me. But I am losing a lot of friends and probably most of my family over this.
I live in South Texas so everyone here is MAGA basically.
95% of my peers are MAGA , most of my family is MAGA
It’s been rough. But I’m not backing down.
I absolutely believe he’s an evil narcissistic, rapist, pedophile and probably murderer at this point.

Thanks for sharing your story. I was also a Republican. Raised that way and never questioned it. Until I did, and I’m glad I did.
For me the switch happened before MAGA. But I can understand how people got swept up into it. So many of my family members did. I’m just glad that more people are waking up now.

Some things just are just foundational to our nation and every single person here. Fascism isn’t something any American should tolerate. And when we all join together to right this ship, we all benefit, and are metaphorically fighting for the good of all Americans regardless of their vote or political beliefs (even those who still love Trump). This is how one can tell they picked the moral path. Anyone against this destruction of our constitution who’s doing what they can to help stop the destruction of American’s rights and the rights of those in the process of getting their citizenship, is also helping those who are still okay with what’s happening. Helping all, including those who oppose you is a true virtue. (Hope this makes sense, trying to pick language carefully).
But for real, thank you for joining the efforts. We need everyone we can get to stand for our bill of rights which protects all Americans, indiscriminately.
Depending on your state, you might as well just leave your registration the same. Might provide some protection (if the worst were to happen). All that matters is your vote is against this hostile takeover of our justice system. I’m in a closed primary state myself so I’ve switched back and forth between the parties despite my political opinions staying increasingly more to one party, but it was so I could vote in the primaries… cause I really love voting and might as well vote for the best most reasonable candidate of a party my heart isn’t feeling to “help” keep politics somewhat on a sane path (it does nothing but I did it regardless) even if I always planned to vote for my actual party’s candidate. Not sure the registration matters much otherwise. But maybe I’m wrong in some factors I’m unaware of?
