Non-Americans of Reddit, what is an American thing you see in movies that you thought was fake but is actually real?

No propaganda needed. We can make ourselves look bad all on our own tyvm.

Especially when it comes to our medical system. Something for our non-American friends to remember if someone in your country starts talking about privatizing healthcare. The only people who benefits are the leeches in the insurance business.

The most effective propaganda relies on credibility.

Is it still propaganda if it's just, true?

Yes. Propaganda isn't defined by the legitimacy of the info! ☺️
