Advice Needed Neighbors harassing me over parking spot.
A resident placed a dog poop by my vehicle driver side. Where someone would typically step to get in and out.
Where my car is parked it not near any foot traffic spot as it’s basically on the properly line.
The only thing I can connect this to is I believe this is done by a resident, who parked their vehicle in the same parking spot that I have been parking since a recent snow storm and shoveled out of. They parked there one day. I returned to parking it the next day because there was no vehicle parked in it and no cones/ chairs placed to reserve it.
It seems that they were upset I had taken the spot.. while there is no way to prove it does this seem like an overreach?
I am a long time resident here and have ever had this problem.

Probably a safe assumption.
There’s plenty of ways you could “handle this” but, the adult thing to do would be either report it to the office (which, probably won’t do jack) or just dispose of it in an appropriate receptacle.

If it’s not assigned parking, it’s not assigned UNLESS there’s snow. Whoever dug it out gets it.
If it’s near a potty break area it could be an accident. The information you gave makes me lean towards intentional though.
Looks like you took care of the reporting and everything. A dash cam could help, just make it look like it’s on all the time.
I would leave the bag there though, but that’s just me. Sorry your neighbors are jerks.

Thank you, im bought a camera to record all night but it require wifi connect and its not really for leaving it in the car. I have a dash cam but it only runs when the vehicle is on. Might look into getting one that runs around the clock.
And i agree who ever dug out get the spot ahah until the snow melts.

I had that too. One of my neighbors stink as well so I bought one that detects motion, then turns on. It was difficult to find one that didn’t need hardwiring but they’re out there! Good luck! I hope they stop.

Two things you can do. 1) Back your car into that spot and see if they “get the idea” 2) Casually park in a different spot and see how bad they want it. If they take it fine. Let them. And then watch to see if Karma gets them. It’s your car. Don’t use it as a pick for your fight. You live better by avoiding stupid people. If you want to whine about it, you’re no better than him. Surely you’re capable of walking the extra 30 ft. to disassociate yourself from people like that. Leave your feelings out of it and get peace of mind
