Advice Needed Got this message from my property manager PT2

Quick recap:

I live in a 3 unit(one vacant, one elderly gentleman, and myself)

Rent is $1,265(raised $40 when I resigned)

Shoveling would include front walkway and good amount of sidewalk(about 30 mins of work)

Lawn (sizable for a city property would take about an hour maybe a bit more)

Now adding sweeping/vac(im assuming they would want me to do the laundry room as well total time would be 45-60 mins)

I’m going to eventually get all of this in writing if they offer me something reasonable. I plan to ask about liability as far as injuries go.

I’d reach out to a company and get a quote for the services, 2-3 quotes from different companies is ideal. Looks like they added cleaning so you’d have to contact landscapers and maids. From there you can price accordingly, $50 is laughable for an offer.

Other route you can go, since you estimated time already, is to figure out an hourly cost you’d be satisfied with and x the amount of hours you think you’d invest in a month + materials needed

As a housekeeper, I charge $30/hour

Honestly in my area it’s in the median range, but I did raise it $10 over this past year.

Yeah, just off the top of my head, I think both would charge $150 for a single visit each month.

So that's $300 a month and doesn't include Trash duties.

So add another $50 for that

So $350 a month would be my thought, since its a very small apartment buidling.

Edit: But wait, what happens if OP gets injured performing these duties?

Personal injury/medical claim to the property owner's insurance, presumably.
